When we decided that it was time for Doonbeg Community Lotto to go online I emailed Lottoraiser with a few queries and James gave me a call within an hour. That set the tone for the rest of my dealings with James and Lottoraiser. As fundraising events for our club, Oulart The Ballagh GAA, in Co Wexford, have all been suspended our local lotto is the only source of income, during the current pandemic.

We decided with the help of Lottoraiser to explore the possibilities of developing our club lotto by going online, as it's the recommended way to go, due to the current circumstances.

After considering many alternatives, Lottoraiser is by far the best solution out there for a GAA club like ours. It gives our supporters and members, wherever they may be, the opportunity to continue to support and play CLG Lios Póil lotto on a weekly basis. The options to enter plays for 8, 26 or 52 weeks are very popular. The ease of integration with our social media platforms allows for automatic weekly posting of results and promotion posters with little or no admin time. From day one, James was a pleasure to deal with and responds very quickly to any queries. Lottoraiser is really a no brainer for any club considering moving their lotto online. We at Roscommon Gaels just like a lot of GAA Clubs had to shut down our Club Lotto when the Covid pandemic arrived. We made the decision to go online late last year as we realised our normal selling outlets was not an option for the foreseeable future. We chose Lottoraiser after assessing a number of solutions, as it was the most user-friendly and was the best fit four our customer needs. It was a decision our executive are proud of.

As a result of covid 19 Ballymote Community Lotto decided to go online .We are delighted that we decided to use the Lottoraiser system. From Day 1 James at Lottoraiser was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble .He had a system in place which he was able and willing to adapt to our particular needs.

The key to Lottoraiser is that it is very simple for your supporters to play and from the clubs/ organisations point of view it is very simple to administer.

It integrates with our social media platforms allowing us to post results and promotional posters.Players get sent a copy of their tickets with thanks for the draw and a reminder for upcoming draws.We have got very good feedback from our supporters and being online has helped us reach many new players.

I am the manager of Swinford Community Lotto, director of Swinford Amenity Park., The primary aim of the Community Lotto is to fund the maintenance, development of the Swinford. Amenity Park . Prior to Covid-19 the committee commenced looking for an on line partner. We looked at all the alternatives and talked to the suppliers. James put in a huge effort to bring us on board. We were lucky enough in Kilbehenny NS to come across Lotto Raiser. As a result of Covid-19 it was not possible for us to finish our schools lotto draw only for the help of James at Lotto Raiser.

James was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, his clear description on how lotto raiser works was excellent. Not only was James clear and concise over the phone James put together a short video to explain how we (the organiser) would see it online and also how our players would carry out buying tickets.

It is so easy to use both for the player and also the users carrying out the lotto and engaging in submitting the lotto results. When we had a query an email to James was replied to within minutes and he was always there to answer our questions.

Lotto Raiser also promotes our lotto on our media platforms. Each player of our Lotto gets an email from Lotto Raiser to remind the player of the draw coming up and also an email that shares the results of the Lotto within minutes after the lotto numbers have been chosen.

Lotto Raiser checks all online tickets for a winner and tickets are made available to print for the lucky dip draw. Lotto Raiser also displays results in hardcopy format where one can simply print the results within the flick of a button and display in shops etc.
