St Brendans Village Lotto Game Rules

• The decision of the Board of Directors shall be binding on all matters relating to the draw and the said committee may add or amend the rules herein from time to time as they shall deem necessary for the proper conduct of the draw.
• The Lotto will be based on the correct selection of four drawn numbers from 1 to 32 inclusive.
• The cost of entry is €2 (i.e. one ticket, a selection of four numbers) or 3 tickets for €5.
• The Jackpot will commence at €5000. In the event there is no winner of the jackpot, a sum of €100 will be added each week. (Up to a Jackpot maximum of €30,000.)
• When the jackpot prize is won, it will be paid out within three weeks after the draw has taken place.
• A lucky dip will take place in each draw and 4 prizes of €25.00 will be paid out to the 4 tickets drawn. Lucky dips will still be paid out if Jackpot won.
• The lotto draw will be held on Thursdays at 2pm.
• If two or more correct entries are received the jackpot will be shared equally.
• Tickets can be purchased online up until 1pm the day of the draw. Tickets are collected from outlets Thursday morning. Any tickets purchased after collection from outlets will be entered in the following weeks draw.
• Improperly marked tickets may be deemed void by the Committee.
• Tickets may not be sold over the phone.
• Tickets must not be sold to persons under the age of 18 years. Whereas a person under 18 years of age may be the owner of a Ticket, payment of all prizes will be made to the parent or legal guardian unless otherwise expressly authorised by the Committee.
